Buckle up, Cowboys and Cowgirls, there are a lot of things happening at Oklahoma State!  And in case you haven't heard, we are now America's HEALTHIEST Campus ®!

Wellness programming has exploded throughout our entire system and it has never been easier to be well. Programs are available in the areas of physical activity, nutrition, and there is an increased focus on emotional health. I am so excited about Pete's Pet Posse, OSU's pet therapy program.  And I hope you will soon meet our rescue-turned-therapy-pup, Scruff.

Whether you are at the main Stillwater campus, a branch campus, or at one of the county extensions, there is something for everyone and I encourage you to take advantage of all that is offered.  

I hope each of you are enjoying this journey as much as I am - because I am not sure I have ever been more proud to wear America's brightest orange. GO POKES!
